Our Trustees
Help shape our organisation, guiding its direction and supporting young people to thrive.
NHT is overseen by a board of trustees who bring solid experience from education, community development and the professional/private sectors. Our trustees set a strategic framework and guidance and ensure that the organisation operates with transparency and accountability.
Demand for youth provision continues to grow, and we are committed to strengthening our organisational capacity to respond effectively. Over the next two years, a key priority is the appointment of a qualified Youth Coordinator and Enterprise Development Lead. These roles will oversee programme delivery, support volunteers and mentors, and drive the continued expansion of our youth engagement work.
Establishing these positions will enable us to enhance our existing programmes while also developing new initiatives that respond to emerging needs and changing trends within our communities. This will ensure our provision remains relevant, impactful and accessible to the young people we serve.
In the longer term, we aim to build a broader portfolio of enterprising services that support young people as they transition from education into employment and active civic participation.
Our strategic vision is to create clear and accessible pathways that equip young people with the confidence, skills and opportunities needed to contribute positively to Nottingham and beyond.
